Study sleep-like brain signaling in major depression

Major Depressive Disorder

Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 45 years old and able to write consent in English
  • Use a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for daily moment-by-moment questions
  • Be right-handed
  • Not take any psychiatric medicines that affect mood for at least 2 weeks before joining
  • Have no anxiety disorder in the last 2 months (for the depression groups in this study)
  • Be able to have MRI scans safely (not unsafe for MRI in the screening)
