Who can take part
- Be 18 to 45 years old and able to write consent in English
- Use a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for daily moment-by-moment questions
- Be right-handed
- Not take any psychiatric medicines that affect mood for at least 2 weeks before joining
- Have no anxiety disorder in the last 2 months (for the depression groups in this study)
- Be able to have MRI scans safely (not unsafe for MRI in the screening)
