Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to sign informed consent before any study steps
- Have good overall physical function (ECOG 0–1, meaning fully active or limited but ambulatory)
- Have an HLA-A2 blood test result (HLA-A2 positive is required for Parts B/C; some HLA-A2–negative may be allowed in a later part)
- Have advanced stage IV NSCLC that cannot be treated with sure surgery or radiation, and your tumor must not have certain targeted-therapy mutations (EGFR/ALK/ROS1) or you must not qualify for first-line targeted therapy
- Have measurable tumors on scans (at least one measurable lesion) and have enough blood counts, kidney, and liver function for treatment
- You must not have had prior systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment for metastatic disease in the first-line setting, including immunotherapy
