Who can take part
- You have had a CRT device (biventricular pacemaker/defibrillator or a conduction system pacemaker) for more than 6 months
- You have atrial fibrillation that is permanent or keeps coming back as persistent, with at least one recent emergency visit or hospital stay in the past year
- You are already on the best available medicines for heart failure and rate control, as decided by your care team
- Your device readings show pacing effectiveness with BiVP% + VPC% between 85% and under 99% after at least 1 month on optimized treatment
- You are between 18 and 84 years old and can sign the informed consent
