Parathyroid transplant for low parathyroid hormone

HypoparathyroidismHypoparathyroidism PostproceduralHypoparathyroidism Post-surgical

Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests whether a donated parathyroid gland can help people with low parathyroid hormone (hypoparathyroidism) control their calcium levels and reduce symptoms. Participants will receive transplant and short-term immune-suppressing drugs.

Study of a new drug for adults with low parathyroid hormone

This trial tests an experimental drug called Canvuparatide against a placebo to see if it can help adults with a condition called hypoparathyroidism, where the body doesn't make enough parathyroid hormone. The goal is to improve calcium levels and reduce the need for high-dose calcium and vitamin D supplements.

Higher-dose palopegteriparatide for hypoparathyroidism

This trial is for adults with hypoparathyroidism who are already taking a drug called palopegteriparatide (TransCon PTH) at a certain dose. It tests whether higher doses of this drug can better control calcium levels and reduce the need for other supplements.

XH-02 Injection for Low Parathyroid Hormone Levels

This study tests whether a new injectable medicine called XH-02 can safely treat hypoparathyroidism—a condition where your body doesn't make enough parathyroid hormone, causing low calcium levels. If your calcium isn't well-controlled with current treatments (calcium and vitamin D supplements), this trial might help.
