Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
- The cancer has spread to the lining of the brain and is getting worse despite standard TKI treatment.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.
- You have not had radiation to the brain in the last 3 weeks.
