Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R), and the cancer has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases) after standard doses of a third-generation EGFR drug
- Your overall health status is good enough for daily activities (ECOG 0-3)
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges
- You can swallow pills (or have a feeding tube) and have at least 3 months life expectancy
