Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 65.
  • Your blood test shows CD19 on B cells (a specific immune cell marker).
  • Your blood counts and major organs are in a safe range (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting).
  • You have an active form of one of these diseases: lupus, Sjögren’s with low platelets, systemic sclerosis with lung involvement, inflammatory muscle disease, ANCA vasculitis, or antiphospholipid syndrome—meeting the study’s severity rules.
  • You have tried standard treatments that either did not work or your disease came back.
  • You can sign consent, follow study visits, and meet birth-control rules if applicable.
