Who can take part
- Be between 6 months and under 18 years old when you agree to join
- A parent or legal guardian provides written consent, and the child agrees if asked
- Have macrocystic or mixed lymphatic malformation where at least half the disease is larger cysts (not mostly tiny cysts)
- The lymphatic cysts must be in the head, neck, or mediastinum (chest area), based on imaging
- It’s been at least 6 months since any surgery or sclerotherapy for the lymphatic malformation
- Not have a penicillin allergy
