TARA-002 treatment for lymphatic cysts in children

Who can take part

  • Be between 6 months and under 18 years old when you agree to join
  • A parent or legal guardian provides written consent, and the child agrees if asked
  • Have macrocystic or mixed lymphatic malformation where at least half the disease is larger cysts (not mostly tiny cysts)
  • The lymphatic cysts must be in the head, neck, or mediastinum (chest area), based on imaging
  • It’s been at least 6 months since any surgery or sclerotherapy for the lymphatic malformation
  • Not have a penicillin allergy
