- You are an adult (18 years or older).
- You have a confirmed lung blood clot on imaging within the last 24 hours.
- Your symptoms started or worsened within the last 72 hours.
- A clinician has confirmed right-heart strain (right ventricular dysfunction) on your exam/testing.
- Your oxygen level is at least 90% when breathing room air.
