Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to at least one previous treatment.
  • Your cancer shows a measurable sign in blood, urine, or bone marrow (like a certain level of protein or plasma cells).
  • You are planning to receive a treatment combination of carfilzomib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone.
  • You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within study limits.
  • You have not been resistant to carfilzomib or daratumumab within the last 60 days.
