Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of AQP4+ NMOSD
  • Be currently taking a C5 inhibitor called ALXN-C5IT for preventing chronic relapses
  • Have had eculizumab within the last 4 weeks or ravulizumab within the last 12 weeks
  • Have records of your ALXN-C5IT dosing since you started and your relapses from 1 year before starting through now
  • Not be in a current drug interventional trial for AQP4+ NMOSD
