Who can take part
- You must be diagnosed with NMOSD that tests positive for AQP4-IgG
- You must have had at least two NMOSD attacks in the last 24 months, with at least one in the last 12 months
- You must be 18 years or older
- Your current disability score (EDSS) must be between 0 and 7.5
- You can sign written consent and stop steroid pills within about a month of screening
- If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during treatment and for at least 3 months after stopping
