Who can take part

  • You have advanced (stage IIIB or IV) non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor has a specific gene change called BRAF V600E.
  • You are planning to take two targeted drugs – dabrafenib and trametinib.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your main tumor is at least 1 cm (about the size of a pea) in diameter.
  • You are not taking any other blood-thinning medications.
