Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are currently in the hospital or were recently discharged for heart failure.
- You had heart failure symptoms when you were admitted.
- You received at least one IV water pill (diuretic) during this hospital stay.
- Your BNP or NT-proBNP levels are high (a heart stress test).
- You are not already taking finerenone or an SGLT2i medicine.
- Your kidneys are working well (eGFR above 30) and potassium level is normal (below 5.0).
