Who can take part
- You must have multiple myeloma that is active and has measurable levels of M-protein or free light chains in your blood or urine.
- Your cancer cells must have the t(11;14) genetic change, confirmed by a standard lab test (FISH).
- You must have been treated with at least one prior line of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, lenalidomide, and steroids.
- Your disease must have gotten worse (progressed) after your last treatment, based on standard criteria.
- You cannot have had treatment with venetoclax before, or with an anti-CD38 antibody like daratumumab or isatuximab in the last 3 weeks unless you had at least a minimal response.
- Your blood counts and organ function must be adequate (e.g., adequate white cells, platelets, and kidney function).
