Who can take part

  • You had your first stroke between 6 months and 1 year ago, and it only affected one side of your brain.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have weakness on one side of your body (arm or leg) that makes walking or moving difficult.
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) with help from one or more people.
  • You do not have any implanted devices like a pacemaker or metal plate, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study procedures.
