Who can take part
- You are over 50 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 45.
- You had a sleep study (polysomnography) in the last 6 months.
- You have not been on bed rest or unable to move for more than 15 days in the last 6 months.
- You have not used corticosteroid medications in the last 6 months.
- You have not lost a lot of weight in the last 6 months.
- You do not have serious health problems like memory loss, muscle/nerve disease, unstable heart problems, uncontrolled breathing issues, or uncontrolled thyroid problems.
