Who can take part
- You must be 20 years or older
- You are in the hospital for heart failure and your heart's pumping strength is 40% or less (called HFrEF)

- Your NT-proBNP or BNP lab test must be high (a sign of heart strain), with higher levels if you have atrial fibrillation
