Who can take part
- You must be between 21 and 85 years old.
- You have heart failure with an ejection fraction of 40% or less, measured by MRI.
- You have a heart attack scar covering at least 5% of your left ventricle.
- You are on stable heart failure medications for at least 1 month.
- Your symptoms are mild to moderate (NYHA class I, II, or III).
- You cannot have a pacemaker that is unsafe for MRI or certain other heart devices.
