Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have thyroid cancer that has spread to lymph nodes on the side of your neck, found by exam, imaging, or during surgery.
- A needle biopsy has confirmed or strongly suggests cancer in those lymph nodes (based on Bethesda criteria).
- Your surgeon recommends removing these lymph nodes due to suspected or confirmed spread.
- You may or may not need removal of the thyroid gland or central neck lymph nodes at the same time.
