Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a confirmed cancer (excluding certain types like lymphoma or multiple myeloma) that has spread to the spine.
- The spinal tumor must be within 3 adjacent vertebrae and located from the neck (C1) to the upper sacrum (S2).
- You must have good muscle strength (grade 4 or 5) in the arms or legs affected by the spinal cord compression.
- You must be able to lie flat on your back comfortably for at least 60 minutes.
- You must be able to have an MRI scan of your spine.
