Who can take part
- You have high-risk multiple myeloma (with certain genetic changes) or myeloma that has spread outside the bone marrow (extramedullary).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You are well enough to do daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0–2).
- You have a measurable sign of myeloma, such as a tumor >1 cm or specific proteins in blood/urine.
- Your blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) are above certain safe levels.
- You do not have serious heart problems, active hepatitis B or C, HIV, or uncontrolled infections.
