  • You are a Department of Defense health care beneficiary (like TRICARE).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with low testosterone or are receiving gender-affirming hormone therapy for at least 6 months.
  • You have been on a steady dose of your hormone therapy for at least 6 months.
  • You live in the Washington, D.C. area and plan to stay for at least one more year.
