Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a type of severe liver failure called acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF).
- Your liver failure is at least stage 2 on the AARC score (a measure of severity).
- You are not currently having serious bleeding or very low platelets.
- You do not have advanced liver cancer, other cancers, or HIV.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
