Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation confirmed by a tissue or cell sample.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after treatment with a third-generation EGFR targeted therapy (like osimertinib) and, for some parts of the study, also after platinum chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and it hasn't been treated with radiation recently unless it has grown.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample for genetic testing.
- You have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
