  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have a very small type of thyroid cancer called papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (tumor 1 cm or smaller).
  • Your doctor believes you are a good candidate for a minimally invasive treatment (a less invasive approach than full surgery).
  • You do not have a bleeding problem that cannot be managed.
  • You are willing to attend follow-up appointments and sign a consent form.
