Who can take part
- You are between 22 and 85 years old.
- You had a disabling stroke from a large blood clot in a major brain artery, and treatment can start within 16 hours.
- You were able to walk and care for yourself before this stroke (mRS 0–2).

- You do not have serious bleeding problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or advanced cancer.
