Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a current diagnosis of major depression (major depressive disorder).
- You have tried at least two different antidepressant treatments that did not work well enough.
- You are on a stable dose of your current depression medicine for at least 4 weeks.
- You do not have a metal implant, pacemaker, or other device that would prevent MRI or TMS.
- You are not pregnant and do not have a history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a recent substance use problem.
