Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and had a stroke that doctors can't explain after full testing.
- Your stroke must have started within the last 2 weeks (or when you were last known to be well).
- MRI or CT scan must show a new stroke.
- Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 20% or higher.
- You must be willing to have follow-up information collected at 30 days.
- You are not in another blinded study for stroke prevention.
