Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your heart stopped due to a cause other than injury (like a car accident), and it happened outside the hospital.
- After your heart started beating again, you were still unconscious (not following commands).
- Your heart was restarted within 45 minutes of the 911 call or paramedics finding you.
- You are being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
