Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0-2 or Karnofsky 70+).
  • You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (either newly diagnosed or returning, confirmed within the last 5 years).
  • You have up to 10 brain metastases, each 5 cm or smaller, and they are not near the memory centers of the brain (hippocampus) or optic nerves.
  • You have not had radiation therapy to the brain before.
  • You can have an MRI scan with contrast and are willing to use birth control if needed.
