PRO trial for elderly, frail patients with a type of lymphoma

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (Polatuzumab, Rituximab, and Orelabrutinib) for elderly patients who are frail or over 80 with a specific type of untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (non-GCB DLBCL). The goal is to see if this drug combo is safe and effective for those who may not tolerate standard chemotherapy.

NCT06803693Recruiting· Phase 2
New drug combo for untreated large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests if adding another drug (X) to a standard chemotherapy mix (Pola-RCHP) works better for people with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It is for those whose cancer DNA levels did not drop enough after the first round of treatment.

Targeted drug combo for first-line DLBCL in older adults

This trial tests a combination of three targeted drugs (glofitamab, polatuzumab vedotin, and zanubrutinib) as a first treatment for older adults (70+) with a common type of lymphoma called DLBCL. The goal is to see if this approach is effective and well-tolerated without standard chemotherapy.

Epcoritamab and reduced chemo for older or frail lymphoma patients

This trial tests a new drug (epcoritamab) given with a milder chemotherapy combination (Pola-R-mini-CHP) for people over 70 or who are not healthy enough for standard full-dose chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach works as well or better with fewer side effects.
