Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and you have not had any previous treatment for metastatic disease.
- Your cancer can be measured on scans (at least one tumor that hasn't been treated with radiation).
- You are in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your blood cell counts, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are within normal limits (certain levels ok with adjustments for liver metastases).
- You are not pregnant, willing to use effective contraception, and agree not to receive live vaccines during the study.
