Who can take part

  • You have a nerve or immune disease that has not improved after trying at least three different immune-suppressing medicines for over a year.
  • You have had at least two relapses in the past year, or three relapses in the past two years, with at least one relapse in the last year.
  • You must use birth control during treatment and for one year after, and you cannot donate sperm or become pregnant during that time.
  • You have not taken rituximab in the last six months, or tocilizumab or eculizumab in the last three months.
  • You do not have serious infections, liver or kidney problems, or other uncontrolled health conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes.
