Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (any type) that has led to right heart dysfunction or failure.
  • You have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue that limit your activity (NYHA class II, III, or IV).
  • You have had a blood test and heart ultrasound within the last 3 months showing your right heart is not working properly.
  • You have been taking a water pill (loop diuretic) or a specific heart medication (MRA) for at least 4 weeks.
  • You have access to an iPhone or Android smartphone or tablet for the study app.
