  • Living in Denmark
  • Blood level of EPA and DHA (healthy fats) is above 4.7% of total fatty acids
  • Not taking more than 400 IU of vitamin D per day currently
  • Do not have hormonal, heart, kidney, or autoimmune diseases
  • Do not need blood-thinning medication
