Vericiguat for cognitive health in heart failure
Treatments studied
Part of Heart & circulation, Mental health clinical trials.
This study tests whether the heart failure medication vericiguat can also improve thinking and memory in people with heart failure who have mild cognitive problems. It involves taking vericiguat pills and having brain scans to track changes.

This trial tests if adding the drug vericiguat to standard care can help people with heart failure and a reduced pumping ability who have a CardioMEMS monitor. It looks for improved pressure readings in your lung artery to guide treatment.
This trial tests if starting vericiguat early after a heart attack helps patients with heart failure. It's for people who had a procedure to open a blocked artery and then developed heart failure within two weeks.
This trial tests whether vericiguat helps children with chronic heart failure caused by weaker left heart pumping. It also checks safety and how the medicine behaves in the body (dose and processing).
This trial tests whether better managing heart failure after a hospital stay can protect against thinking and memory problems. It is for people who have heart failure and have had some cognitive difficulties.
This trial tests whether vericiguat can improve heart function in people with stable heart failure and a reduced pumping ability. It may help if you have not needed hospital or IV treatments for worsening heart failure in the last 6 months.
