- You must have been diagnosed with isolated REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) by a sleep specialist.
- You cannot have Parkinson's disease or any other brain disorder that affects movement.
- You should not have clear signs of parkinsonism (like shaking or stiffness) during a doctor's exam.
- You must not have narcolepsy or another condition that explains your sleep behavior.
- You cannot have moderate or severe sleep apnea.
