Who can take part
- You must be 1 to 39 years old and have been in a prior study called TarGeT-SCR.
- You must have a high-grade glioma or DIPG with a MAPK pathway change (like BRAFV600 mutation or BRAF fusion).
- You must start treatment within 35 days after finishing radiation therapy.
- You must have good organ function, including blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function.
- You cannot have certain medical conditions or take medications that interfere with the study drug.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
