Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have both MASLD (fatty liver disease) and type 2 diabetes
- Your average blood sugar (HbA1c) is between 6.5% and 9%
- Your liver stiffness measured by a special ultrasound (FibroScan) is 8 kPa or higher
- You have not taken any diabetes medications besides metformin in the last 3 months, and your weight has not changed by more than 15% in the past month
