  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with cirrhosis (scarred liver).
  • You have a stomach condition called GAVE (abnormal blood vessels in the stomach lining) confirmed by a scope exam.
  • You have iron deficiency anemia (low iron causing tiredness, pale skin, etc.).
  • You are not pregnant, don't have severe nerve damage, and don't have a history of blood clots.
