Who can take part
- You are a man between 22 and 35 years old.
- You are generally healthy with no known medical conditions.
- You do not smoke and do not take any medications.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) between 28 and 35.
- Your fitness level (measured as VO2max) is between 30 and 50 mL O2/min/kg.
- You do not do more than 6 hours of vigorous exercise (like running or cycling) per week.
