Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 27 and 60.
  • You have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation that causes symptoms, and it is either occasional (paroxysmal) or persistent.
  • You are not currently taking any GLP-1 or similar weight-loss medications, and have not used them in the last 6 months.
  • You are able and willing to inject the medication yourself.
