Who can take part
- You are 19 years old or older.
- You have a cervical (neck-level) spinal cord injury, classified as ASIA A, B, or C, which affects your ability to move and feel.
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep-disordered breathing, meaning at least 15 breathing pauses per hour during sleep, confirmed by a home sleep test.
- You have not used CPAP or BiPAP before your spinal cord injury.
- You do not have hypoventilation syndrome (a condition where carbon dioxide builds up in your blood, measured as too high).
