Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 80 years old
- It has been at least 3 months since your first stroke
- The stroke was caused by a blood clot (ischemic), not bleeding
- You still have some difficulty moving your arm or leg because of the stroke
- You can extend your fingers or wrist at least a little bit (10 degrees for fingers, 20 degrees for wrist)
- You do not have major memory or thinking problems
