Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You can talk and understand directions
- You know where you are and what time it is
- You do not have any mental health condition like depression or schizophrenia
- You have heart failure with symptoms like shortness of breath or tiredness even at rest (NYHA class III or IV)
- Your heart's pumping strength is either normal (50% or more), mildly reduced (40-49%), or low (below 40%)
- You have high levels of a heart stress marker (BNP >35 pg/mL or NT-proBNP >125 pg/mL)
- You do not have bone or muscle problems that would make breathing exercises hard
- Health issues like high blood pressure or diabetes are stable, and your medicines for them have not changed in the last month
- You have never done breathing exercises or been in a rehabilitation program before
- You are willing to join the study
