Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure (any type).
- You spend more than 8 hours a day sitting (sedentary lifestyle).
- You own a smartphone and are willing to use a simple app for guidance.
- Your heart condition is stable (no recent hospitalizations) and you can walk about 150 meters (1.5 city blocks) without help.
