Who can take part
- You are between 12 and 65 years old.
- Your leukemia has come back or not responded to at least one prior treatment, and your bone marrow or other sites show active disease.
- Your leukemia cells have the CD19 or CD22 marker (confirmed by lab tests).
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and have adequate organ function.
- If you're a woman who could become pregnant, you need a negative pregnancy test and agree to use birth control for 2 years after treatment.
