Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have been diagnosed with NMOSD and tested positive for AQP4 antibodies in your blood or spinal fluid.
  • Your neurological condition should be stable, with no major relapses in the last 30 days.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after the last dose.
  • You cannot have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, tuberculosis, or certain other infections.
