  • You have primary myelofibrosis (PMF).
  • You have a specific genetic mutation called JAK2 V617F+.
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for myelofibrosis.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have not had your spleen removed.
  • You have not had a bone marrow transplant.
